Viktoras Paukštelis (born 1983) is a Lithuanian painter and professional pianist. He currently lives and works in Vilnius. He has actively participated in exhibitions since 2011, having held eight solo exhibitions and participated in group exhibitions in Lithuania and abroad. His works have been acquired by the MO Museum (LT), the Lewben Art Foundation (LT), and private collectors in Lithuania and abroad. In 2018, he earned a bachelor's degree in painting from the Vilnius Academy of Arts (LT), and in 2020, a master's degree in painting from the same institution. From 2009 to 2012, he was in residence at the Cité Internationale des Arts in Paris. In 2017, he received the Vilnius Rotary Club Award, and in 2016, the VDA Justinas Vienožinskis Award.
